Margaret McGraw is the Director of Data Analytics and Digital Marketing at Wintrust Financial Corporation. She will be sharing some insights on the Wintrust Cubs marketing pertaining to using Google and other targeted marketing approaches
Margaret specializes in studying customer behavior, product trends and marketing effectiveness. She leads the digital media team since 2017 and has profitably scaled the online channel using programmatic targeting and rigorous testing to achieve high conversion results. She often brings the creative, data science and analyst teams together to further drive ROI positive marketing initiatives. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
Diran Hafiz is the Head of Advertiser Analytics at Microsoft Advertising, leading data and insights curation across the Automotive and Careers/EDU verticals. He will be talking about how your own data and knowledge of your marketplace can be weaponized; and sharing analytics examples that demonstrate how you can target potential customers early in the funnel.
At Microsoft, Diran focuses on leveraging the power of predictive analytics, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence to create “data democracy” for all advertisers. Diran has spent the majority of his career building & developing brand narratives, driving sales & retention for Fortune 100 companies, as well as incubating "wild west" channels through analytics & data. He has over 14 years of experience in advertising and marketing - encompassing Search, Display, Social across performance & programmatic channels. Diran holds a B.S. degree from Denison & an M.S. degree in Integrated Marketing through a joint program with IIT & Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Ken Stolman is a strategic sales and marketing executive with 12 years of enterprise, advertising sales and brand management experience. Ken, a Senior Account Executive with Salesforce, partners with customers on digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and platform solutions to harness the power of data and relationship management. Ken will speak to the value of connecting a robust CRM across an organization and why a disciplined digital strategy can unlock tremendous value.
Prior to Salesforce, Ken spent four years with Microsoft's Advertising division. He drove strategic Fortune 500 client partnerships (within insurance, CPG, health/wellness, and tech verticals) via impactful digital ad campaigns across multiple screens and devices. Before Microsoft, Ken spent four years with Kraft Foods and MillerCoors as a classically trained Brand Manager for A.1. and Coors Light.

Rod Holmes has been focused on digital marketing since 2006. He is one of the founders and the Managing Partner of Chicago Style SEO—a Google Premier Partner. He will be sharing examples of how the implementation of a digital marketing program—including SEO, PPC, optimized website development, email marketing, and social media—has helped grow small businesses.
Rod is known for, and speaks frequently on, his hands-on,

Samuel Thimothy has deep expertise and experience in online marketing, demand generation, and sales. He helps businesses develop and execute marketing strategies that improve their lead generation efforts and drive business growth. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and continually set the bar higher.
Currently, he serves as the VP of Sales for OneIMS, an inbound marketing agency, and co-founded Clickx, the digital marketing intelligence platform that eliminates blind spots for brand marketers and agencies.

She teaches social media marketing at the University of

Tribune's blog network. Tracy began her career as a reporter at Time Magazine in Washington.
Chad Kramer is an Agency Partner at Facebook. He collaborates to strategically develop and grow brands on Facebook and the Facebook Family of Apps and Services. Prior to joining Facebook, Chad spent 7 years at JPMorgan in Asset Management and lived in New York City and Chicago during this time. Chad received his Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Illinois. He also attended The New School: Parsons (New York City) to focus on Fashion Entrepreneurship in 2016.
Mark Goodman is the President & CEO of e-Conversation Solutions and a past workshop chair at SCORE Chicago.
Prior to founding e-Conversation, Mark held numerous positions as a technology executive, including Director of Business Development at Motorola. He was also an executive for a Silicon Valley company, a film buyer for General Cinema Theatres, as well as holding an MBA from Boston University and an MA in radio/TV/film from Northwestern University.
Rhonda Henderson is a founding partner of Lucbene Consulting – a boutique firm specializing in small business training/development and ‘back office’ servicing for organizations seeking sustainability and growth.
Along with the consulting firm,
she is a Business Professor, a faculty member of the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Program, the Workshop Chair for the SCORE Chicago Chapter, and also owns/partners in various small businesses in the real estate and auto industries.
